We celebrated Halloween with our PEPs group today. The girls got dressed up in their first set of costumes – and I must say looked adorable. They’ll be in different costumes for actual Halloween with their big cousin Maren who is coming to visit (hooray). Stay tuned for more cuteness!

The girls turned 3 months old this week. They really seemed to have grown a lot over the last few weeks and look much more like little people now (as Allan mentioned in his posting about Lydia’s overalls). Here are a few milestones: They outgrew their “N” (newborn) diapers and are now in “1″s, the [...]

So the militant baby union (Madison Vallley Local) has declared a late afternoon/early evening sleep strike for the forseeable future. Nice smile, kid…

There’s nothing quite like a (your) baby’s smile– and I caught Lydia in the act this evening for the first time. (I guess she was short the market this week… [investing joke]). Social smiles make all of the work feel like it has some payback In any case, I thought her fans would want [...]

Highs and lows

We always start our PEPs meetings (more on PEPs later) by everyone sharing their highs and lows of the week. Here are mine from the last few days: High: Over the weekend, the girls turned in some amazing sleep. On Friday night, they slept from 8pm to 4:30am and on Saturday night, they slept from 8:30 pm [...]
